Currently, through my work I am investigating acts of reasserting my body in public spaces, with the conscious intention of holding space and power where I formally did not. By using video to document performances, I hope to share with the viewer cycling moments of uncertainty paired with moments of confidence during my fights to unlearn previous notions of submissiveness.
